Tell your Representative to Oppose Doc Hastings's Four Bills!

Rep. Doc Hastings, chair of the House Natural Resources Committee, is continuing his assault on wildlife protections even into his final year in Congress. His Natural Resources Committee has passed four bills that would seriously harm our nation's endangered species and these bills are now set to be voted on by the House of Representatives.

These bills would allow politicians -- not scientists -- to determine what is the best available science on endangered species listing issues. They would also force wildlife agencies to post the nesting and denning sites of imperiled species online - which could do easily facilitate poaching. They would also severely limit the ability of ordinary citizens to participate in the public process by putting road blocks in between them and the courts.

Tell your Member of Congress to oppose Chairman Hastings's four bad bills.
